At senior levels, business questions often involve personal convictions, relationships, and expectations about what a credible leader should be.
The Hubler offers a confidential thinking partnership to examine those questions within the circumstances in which you lead. Together, we explore what your role makes possible, where familiar expectations constrain your choices, and how you want to respond.
Before focusing on coaching, I spent more than a decade in senior leadership roles. I now bring that experience together with a PhD in Business Administration, focused on leadership and organizational culture, and more than 25 years of international work with executives, entrepreneurs, and government leaders.
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and an executive coach with IMD Business School and John Mattone Global. In 2026, Global Gurus ranked me #10 in its World’s Top 30 Coaching Professionals.

Two ways to work together
We begin with your situation and what you want to explore. The choice of coaching service follows from the question and the support that would be useful.
Together, we agree what progress would mean and how to assess it. We compare evidence over time against explicit criteria, using records of decisions or behavior and structured feedback from the people affected.
Sessions can take place online, in person, or in motion. The rhythm can accommodate board agendas, travel, and changing business demands, with brief contact between sessions when timely support matters.

Coaching in motion
The name The Hubler was inspired by Ludovic Hubler’s travels around the world as a hitchhiker. It expresses how I see the coaching relationship: I accompany you for part of your journey, while you remain responsible for its direction.
With Executive Hitchhiking, we talk while walking, in a chauffeur-driven car, or during suitable travel. Temporary distance from familiar routines and surroundings can make room to examine expectations and consider another interpretation.
We stay connected to your circumstances and explore what that understanding means for the decisions and relationships you return to. Executive Hitchhiking can form part of either coaching service.
