Trust, confidentiality, and professional integrity are fundamental to every coaching relationship.

I work in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics and the Global Code of Ethics followed by NOBCO/EMCC Netherlands. These codes guide my professional conduct, including contracting, confidentiality, professional boundaries, conflicts of interest, data handling, supervision, and continuing professional development.
